New York based Classical guitarist Stephanie Giorgio is known for her nuanced and deeply personal performances. Active as both a soloist and chamber musician, her performances have taken her across the U.S, Canada and Europe. Past performances include Trinity Wall Street, Roulette, Riverside Church, The Italian Academy at Columbia University, and Cornelia Street Cafe. Stephanie currently performs with dancer Marisol Cabrera and Soprano Maeve Hoglund in the trio Les Sirenes. As a former rock and roll recording artist, her band was featured in Billboard, Guitar Player, The New Yorker, The Washington Post, The Daily News, Vanity Fair, Musician, Rolling Stone and MTV's Alternative Nation Spin, and Alternative Press.

Stephanie is currently on the guitar faculty at the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music and teaches private classical guitar, music theory, coaches chamber music and maintains a private studio. She is a registered Suzuki classical guitar teacher and a member of the Suzuki Association of the Americas and a composer.

Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Music in Composition with honors from Columbia University and Master of Music in Classical Guitar Performance from Manhattan School of Music.
